I’m Jess — a coach, creative, musician, and lifetime Nintendo nerd (I was playing Super Mario while in diapers). After years of burnout, loss, and trying to squeeze my ADHD brain into a mold that didn’t fit, I finally gave myself permission to stop playing small and to start choosing myself. That shift led me to create a podcast, write music again (why did I ever stop????!), and fully embrace my inner weirdo.

I’ve always been the go-to person for real talk, reflection, and holding space — as a teacher, coach, bandmate, and friend. Now, I help others reconnect with who they are and what they want, without pressure or pretense. I believe in the power of curiosity, creativity, and building a life that actually fits you.
